Gluten free bread may be the answer.
Some people are gluten intolerant. They lack the enzymes necessary to break down the amino acids in gliadin protein. This results in a severe allergic reaction, damaging certain organs, primarily the small intestine. This allergic response damages the villi which lines their intestines. The 2003 issue of the New England Journal of Medicine suggests that Celiac Disease is more common than previously thought. According to the cited study, 1 in 99 children tested positive for Celiac Disease. Some children with celiac suffer with vomiting, diarrhea, and muscle wasting.
