Pocket Pizza

Ingredients
- 1 (or more) Food For Life® Whole Grain Pocket Bread
- Organic salsa
- Organic vegetables
- Organic raw cheese
- Can add nuts if you like
Directions
- Add a healthy salsa -- any that is organic and no sugar -- no agave
- Add any other ing. you love -- preferably organic
- Cut pocket bread in half
- Spread salsa (or sauce) over pocket bread
- Add mushrooms, onions, red peppers (they are healthier than the other peppers) and nuts if you are using them
- Cut up organic raw cheese (any kind you prefer) and add over top
- Place in toaster oven until cheese melts
- Enjoy knowing this is a healthy pizza
Notes: One could brown organic grass fed turkey or ground beef if they are not vegan.
