Egg a Day with Mango Salsa

Ingredients
Egg a Day
- One slice of Food For Life® 7 Sprouted Grains Bread.
- One egg
Mango Salsa
- Salsa, make as much or as little as need.
- Tomatoes & puree (I use canned Hunts or fresh)
- Green bell pepper
- Onions
- Fresh garlic (some)
- Sea salt
- Pepper
- Jalapeno Peppers
- Lemon
- Red wine or apple cider vinegar (not that much)
Directions
- Add a little drop of olive oil in a pan to make a sunny side up egg.
- Combine salsa ingredients by taste preference.
- Put the cooked egg on the bread and top with salsa.
