Waffle Powerhouse

Ingredients
- 2 Ezekial Waffles of choice (or sub with a Food for Life bread or Tortilla)
- 1 oz shredded low-fat mozzarella (or vegan cheese as desired)
- 1/2 Avocado
- Tomato, peppers, and onion slices
Directions
- Smash Avocado with garlic powder and spread on one side of each waffle. (resembling guacamole)
- Place onion, pepper and tomato slices on as desired. Sprinkle top with cheese.
- Place each open-faced waffle in oven on low-broil for ~3-4 minutes, until cheese is bubbling.
